Aqua Element Shipping Policy

We ship all orders using Australia Post to get your gear to the pool quickly and reliably.
1. Processing Times
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods (sales, holidays, new collection launches), dispatch times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Options (Australia)
We currently ship within Australia only.

Standard Shipping – $10 flat rate
- Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Express Shipping – $15 flat rate
- Delivery estimate: 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120 (AUD) after discounts, within Australia.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, peak periods, network delays).
3. Tracking Your Order
- When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.
- You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website or app using this number.
4. Shipping Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update the address.
5. Missed Deliveries and Collection
If no one is available to receive the parcel:
- Australia Post may leave it in a safe place, or
- Leave a card for collection at your local Post Office or collection point.
Please follow the instructions provided by Australia Post and collect your parcel within the specified timeframe.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.
- We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and work with them to locate your parcel.
- In line with Australia Post’s investigation process, we may need to wait for their outcome before issuing a replacement or refund.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Aqua Element products are available for delivery within Australia only.
8. Shipping and Returns
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable, except where required by law or where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
