Aqua Element Return & Refund Policy
We want our swimmers to feel confident and comfortable in the water. If your Aqua Element swimwear isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition, with tags attached
- Free from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or other marks
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear or damage.
2. Exchanges
- You can exchange for:
- A different size in the same style, or
- A different style of equal value (subject to stock availability).
- We will cover the postage cost to send the item back to us.
- We will cover the postage cost to send the replacement item back to you (within Australia).
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
3. Returns for Refund
- If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:
- We will refund the purchase price of the item to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable.
- We will provide return postage cost.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault or incorrect item
- If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will:
- Replace it at no cost to you where possible, or
- Provide a full refund, including any shipping paid.
5. How to Lodge a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@aquaelement.com.au with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- Reason for return and preferred size/style (for exchanges)
- We’ll reply with return instructions and our return address.
- Pack your item securely and include your name and order number in the parcel.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund and email you a confirmation.
6. Important Notes
- We recommend using a trackable postage service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Aqua Element reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
