Product and Sizing
What makes Aqua Element swimwear different from other brands? Aqua Element swimwear is made from 100% polyester for maximum chlorine resistance and durability. Our broad fit design and wider side panels provide comfort for long training sessions.
How do I choose the right size? Refer to our sizing chart on each product page. Our sizes (24–32) are designed for boys aged 8–18ish. If your swimmer is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for growing room.
Will you offer sizes for younger boys? We plan to introduce jammers for boys under 8 in the next 12–18 months.
Orders, Shipping, and Returns
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is a flat $10 for orders up to $120, and free for orders above $120 within Australia. Express shipping is $15 - please see our shipping policy here
How quickly will my order be shipped? All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
What is your return policy? We accept exchanges within 14 days if the item is unworn. We offer free returns or exchanges we will cover the postage on the returns should you not be happy with the fit, the size or change your mind - Please see our full returns policy here
Care Instructions and Durability
How do I care for my swimwear? Rinse in cold water after each use and hang dry out of direct sunlight. Avoid rough surfaces and machine washing to extend the life of your swimwear.
Will the colours fade or fabric stretch out? Our 100% polyester fabric is highly resistant to chlorine, helping your swimwear retain its shape and colour longer than standard swimwear.
Ambassador Program
How can I become an Aqua Element ambassador? We’re looking for boys aged 16–18 who are active in competitive swimming or triathlon, involved in clubs, and have a social media presence.
